Coaching and Mentoring Development Programme

Overview

A positive, high-performing, and engaged workforce is the foundation of any successful organization. Modern leaders must support overall well-being within the organization (and within themselves) in order to achieve sustainable performance. This approach has become particularly important with the rapid technological and socio-economic changes and the challenges that organizations and individuals often face in adapting to them.

To address these challenges, we have developed this pioneering, post-graduate accredited well-being program. The program aims to help senior leaders take a holistic and fully strategic approach to well-being across the organization, going beyond the tactical provision of things like mental health first aid.

The program combines psychological theory with practical approaches to enhance individual, team, and organizational resilience, enabling us to perform effectively in the face of challenges. By addressing systemic stressors and providing the mechanisms that help us adapt to change more effectively, we can develop and maintain healthier cultures that are collaborative, high-performing, and sustainable.
